At Custom Paints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art. If your hand-painted garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization form.

Pack With Care

Place the unworn, unwashed item back in its original packaging, ensuring the protective tissue paper is used to prevent the custom paint from sticking or cracking during transit.

Ship the Package

Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our studio receives your item, we will inspect the custom artwork for integrity and issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
